Paris Wedding
1 August 2006 by: YervantWhat a day, beautiful Bride, handsome Groom and Paris!!! How can you go wrong? In July, I was booked to go to Paris to shoot a low key but fun wedding, Anie came with me (of course, she would not miss this one!)
It was an interesting experience, I did what I normally do, except I had Paris traffic to watch out for and thousands of on lookers !

I am sure some even thought that we were part of a street entertainment act or something, though no one threw coins in my camera case!

Wedding photography in France is still quite on the serious side, no one dares to walk the streets or stop traffic with a bride, well, that is exactly what I do here so, I did not see any problems doing the same in Paris, well, it turned out to be great fun for all, my bride just let go of any shyness she might have had and played the camera like a star.

A lot of laughter, cheers and whistles, architecture and atmosphere second to none and of course delicious coffee to top it off on the Champs Elysses!

Here are some shots that I like and some Anie took while I was doing my job.

Nice series.
Nice images….not bad. Would love to see a web show of your shoot in Paris.
Retouching as usual nice. The blue image second from the top don’t look right to me sorry.
The shot with the groom between the brides legs? Maybe Yervant can get away with that :o
Still you’re a true champ Yervant :)
Hope to see you soon.

As always, Wonderful!! You’re my hero : )
Yervant, the only thing that would have made me more excited about these pictures is if Jenni and I had been WITH you and Anie in Paris. :-)
Bravo on yet another fantastic job with this beautiful couple. I never cease to be inspired by the level of fun that you have with your couples, mixing this with romance and mystery all at the same time.
Thanks for sharing this little window on a beautiful day.
FAB images as usual, perfect timing to inspire me for the weekend!
LOVE the extra blue saturation in the building/b&g shot.
Are you coming over to the UK at all sometime soon??
Thanks for continuing to inspire.

Yervant,
Brilliant
Fabulous. Only you could go to Paris and change the way they do things. Hope some their photographers get to see it. Thanks for letting us view it.

Yervant,
I am always humbled beyond belief when I look at your work. I love it and would love to learn aspects of it. I hope to go to one of your classes one day. For now, I will just keep up with your work online.
I love these Paris wedding images. Nice variety of images and image effects. Thanks for sharing.
I enjoyed your Plus Class at WPPI, and have returned to Manual exposure for part of my weddings. PING! You opened my eyes to revisit my beginning years as a photographer, but in an entire new way. Thanks Yervant for the inspiration.
