I take Italy/USA to mean that it is about Italians in the USA or Americans visiting Italy, for a musical tour.

I think people are reading way too much into this naming convention.

Sit back and enjoy the pictures and music as I do.

He is just showing people where he gets his inspiration and music from. ;-)
